中南米で発生したハリケーンなどに対し、各国の軍が大型輸送機を出して人員・物資などを輸送。
行方不明者の捜索は急がなければならないし、被災者への支援も急を要します。
大量の物資と多くの人が運べる大型輸送機は、こういう時には非常に役に立ちますね。
災害対応専門の組織を・・・なんて声もあります。それは否定しません。
でも災害支援専門だと、万が一どっかの国が攻めて来ても国は守れないでしょ？
軍隊だと敵からも国を守れるし、こんな大規模災害にだって対応できるでしょ。
